How the painting came about:
I sent my husband to the market to buy some flowers. I said, “Surprise me with what you buy.” He brought back white flowers which I would paint later that evening.
My thoughts on the painting now:
This painting is light, fresh, crisp and refreshing. It’s sweet, and yet with each differently formed and distinct petal, it has character.
