How the painting feels:
Bright and exhilarating, orange fire pops behind pink stripes and deep purples and forest greens. A highly composed archway draws your eye around the painting, supporting a puff of light pink orchid flowers.
How the painting came about:
This delicate orchid flower was a gift from my mother. It was the smallest in my orchid collection, but through careful cultivation, scheduled waterings, and a warm place in the sun, this little plant grew and grew, popped out new leaves, and ounce for ounce, beams with an unmatched, mighty, magenta fury.
Isn’t that how we all can grow? Don’t we all just need the bare essentials? Let’s make room for those who have been choked out of the sunlight, those that need clean water, those that need better access to healthcare. Come on, scoot over. There IS room for all of us. I’ll scoot over, there’s room next to me.
My thoughts on the painting now:
This painting marries balance and tranquility with liquid fire and energy. Opposites attract and so somehow this painting can bring you both peace and a boosted mind.
